Apple's privacy rules don't tell apps when you decline read access,
so Jornis verifies by reading recent steps. If you don't see steps,
open Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Jornis
and make sure Steps is enabled. Then tap Connect Apple Health
again.
On purpose. Your past walking history is yours — Jornis doesn't import it. Every step from the moment you connect is what counts toward your journeys.
Yes — up to three. One Primary (locked, can't be abandoned, must be completed) and two Flex slots you can swipe to abandon at any time.
You earn one unit for every 100 steps walked, automatically. Spend units to unlock new locations. You can also buy unit packs in Settings → Buy units. Walking a location to completion typically earns back roughly twice what you paid.
Apple sometimes takes a few seconds to deliver the receipt. If your balance still hasn't moved after a minute, force-quit the app and relaunch — the purchase will be re-delivered. If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple receipt order ID.
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID. Your journeys, completed walks, units, and owned locations all live on our server tied to your Apple ID — they follow you anywhere.
Email admin@jornis.app from the address on your Apple ID and we'll delete your record. Or, in-app account deletion is rolling out soon.
